Terms of use

Mayon: Treasure Trail is a free game made by Maiyon Consultants. By playing it you agree to these terms.

• Coins, gems, stars, crew, weapons and other in-game items are a licence to use them inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the game.
• Gem packs are bought through Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
• Rewards for watching ads are given only when an ad is watched to the end. Ad availability depends on your connection and the ad provider.
• Invite rewards are given for real friends who play. Fake accounts, automated play or abuse of the invite system can lead to rewards being removed.
• We may change, balance or end features, rewards and prices as the game develops.
• The game is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and your progress safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Privacy

• Your progress is saved on your device.
• If you use invites, gifts or the friends leaderboard, we store a random player ID, the name you choose, your invite code and your progress (furthest site and stars) on our server so friends can see and reward each other. We do not ask for your phone number, email or contacts.
• Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID. You can reset it or limit ad personalisation in your Android settings. Google's privacy policy applies to ads.
• We do not sell your data.
• Questions or a request to delete your data: contact@maiyon.tech
